James Kennedy

Chairman

Mr. Kennedy is the owner of the Pea Ridge mine and privately funded all feasibility engineering for this project. Mr. Kennedy also acts as an international consultant and geopolitical strategist for the REE ming industry and advises financial institutions and government agencies. He has authored many technical document and publications and speaks at international rare earth conferences, universities, and other platforms including ORNL and the United Nations.

CEO

Andrew Squires has led from inception to success multiple multi-billion dollar natural resource projects: Founder/CEO of a Canada ($2.3B ammonia project); Co-Founder an Oil Sands ($1.2B energy project); and Board member of a TSX Lithium mine.

CTO

Grant Christie has been a managing director for a number of companies in Canada’s energy sector; Vice President of an energy project with responsibilities for multiple overseas projects; and Vice President of a Digital tech company.

CFO

Douglas Newby is a finance and corporate executive with 35 years’ experience building, advising, and evaluating U.S. and international mining corporations. Extensive experience in critical minerals and REEs having served as EVP, COO and CFO of USA Rare Earths and advised other critical minerals companies. He served as CFO of PolyMet Mining, subsequently acquired by Glencore.
